Throughout COVID-19 our chef trainer Leon and the BeyondFood team have continued to support our apprentices past and present, inspiring through food and positive messaging.
Our very own James Morrell came to us wanted to support the teams with recipes and ways to help to help our apprentices past and present as well as other people struggling throughout this pandemic, so here we are!
We will offer weekly shopping lists for you to cook several meals, whether you’re cooking alone, or for others.

This week James has created two dishes, a mushroom stroganoff and a delicious chocolate orange shortbread which can be enjoyed as a snack or dessert.View PDF

Chocolate Orange Shortbread
“Who doesn’t love chocolate orange?! This is low in sugar, so a relatively heathy version of shortbread, to be enjoyed as a snack, dessert or maybe even a ice cream sandwich!”
