Our Programmes

        We work with people who have been at risk of, or have experienced homelessness to motivate and inspire them to gain meaningful employment. Our programmes provide a pathway to learn and master essential skills that ultimately, lead to a rewarding job and career in the hospitality sector.

All our programmes are based at our training restaurant Brigade, on Tooley Street near to London Bridge. We run five programmes:

Our outreach programmes extend into hostels, job centres, prisons, housing associations and charity partners to help us build future referrals.

A series of interactive workshops that use food as a catalyst to motivate and inspire people who have been at risk of, or have experienced, homelessness.

United Kitchen Apprenticeship OR Out Front

2-year hospitality service apprenticeships – in the kitchen or front of house. Year 1 equips our apprentices with skills, qualifications, and work experience at Brigade; year 2 is a full-time position within a world class employment partner.
