Our Programmes

We work with people who have been at risk of, or have experienced homelessness, to motivate and inspire them to gain meaningful employment. Our programmes provide a pathway to learn and master essential skills, that ultimately lead to a rewarding job and career in the hospitality sector.

All our programmes are based at our training restaurant, Brigade Bar+Kitchen, on Tooley Street near to London Bridge. We run five programmes:

Our outreach programmes extend into hostels, job centres, prisons, housing associations and charity partners, to help us build future referrals.
