Created in response to Covid-19, Simon encouraged 140 chefs to contribute to the Feast With Purpose cookery book to help vulnerable hospitality workers.

Developed entirely during the lockdown during the Covid-19 crisis, Simon used his industry standing to create the Feast With Purpose. He persuaded an incredible 140 chefs to submit recipes for the book – ranging from Michelin star names such as Michel Roux Jnr, Rick Stein, Nathan Outlaw and Tom Kerridge – to aspiring apprentice chefs from the Beyond Food programmes.

With all proceeds supporting hospitality workers affected by the Covid-19 crisis, Simon has continued to bring about genuine change for people during the toughest of times.
