Yes Chef! Butchery Masterclass

Led by the Fantastic British Premium Meats, you'll learn to butcher the perfect leg of lamb just in time for Easter!

Under their expert instruction, you'll remove the shank, butterfly open the leg and take out the femur bone.

And if that's not enough, Chef Simon Boyle will be demonstrating his favourite ways to cook with lamb and live preparing a meal to feast on after the masterclass. Simon's the first ever culinary ambassador for Unliver and has cooked at the likes of the Savoy, so expect lots of chef secrets and mouth watering food.

You'll leave the evening with your butchered meat, your newly developed butchery skills and a full stomach.
