Thacker Achievement Awards for Cohort 10

On Friday 2nd September we held the Thacker Achievement Awards for Cohort 10. The award recognises the outstanding progress the United Kitchen Apprentices have made over the 6 months they have been in Brigade, and also marks the mid-point of their apprenticeship learning.

It was a time to look back and reflect, but also a time to celebrate moving forward towards their next placement with one of our employer partners. Never ones to shy away from a challenge, the apprentices last task was to make canapes for the event, and we were treated to a fantastic selection of different and exciting bites.

We wish them all the best in their new placements!
