Our Programmes

Beyond Food works with people who have been at risk of, or have experienced homelessness to motivate and inspire them to gain meaningful employment.

We run four programmes:

Freshlife

Get Stuck In

United Kitchen Apprenticeship

Out Front.

Beyond Food programmes have grown from Chef Founder Simon Boyles’ food philosophy that food nourishes relationships. Throughout the programmes participants get to meet new people and visit new places, as well as gaining valuable employability skills, gaining confidence and boosting self-esteem.

All our programmes are based at our training restaurant Brigade, on Tooley Street near to London Bridge.
