Let's Feast!

Congratulations to our United Kitchen Apprentices who showcased their new culinary talents this week by cooking up a delicious 3 course meal for their friends, families, supporters and Chef's.

Over the last 6 months, our apprentice's have been designing, creating and costing a starter, main and pudding for six guests and each crafted a meal that was worthy of a top restaurant. Favourites included Dawn's Prawn Cocktail Tower, Frank's Lamb Loin, Jamie's Beetroot Sorbet, Carl's Chocolate Brownie, Shelby's Mussels, Greg's Scallops and Ahmed's Wintedale Cheese and Leek Tart.
