Employ an apprentice chef

Are you a chef or HR manager working for a great restaurant, hotel or catering business in London and keen to find out how you can solve your staffing needs whilst supporting the work of Beyond Food CIC?

We always have a portfolio of clients who are looking for work, work experience or voluntary placements, or who may need so me professional mentoring or coaching. We offer a bespoke job matching service for all our clients and aim to support them into employment wherever we can.

We’ve put together some simple options about how you can start to work with us but we are always happy to discuss ideas that might work for you over the phone or face to face. We look forward to hearing from you:

1. Employ an apprentice – you could provide a work placement or full time job to one of our apprentices or other beneficiaries who are looking for employment in the hospitality industry.

2. Nominate Beyond Food as your chosen cause – you could nominate Beyond Food as your chosen cause and support us through initiatives such as a £1 donation added to every bill or staff fundraising initiatives.

3. In kind support – perhaps you could offer some of your own time and skills to support the apprentices directly with workshop opportunities showing off your expertise. These could be in and outside the kitchen.
