Cohort 11 celebrate with the Thacker Achievement Awards

On Friday 3rd March we held the Roger Thacker Achievement Awards for Marcus, Jamie, Darren and Yasmin, who have completed their six months at Brigade and will be moving on to their employer placements!

They apprentices enjoyed a final challenge of preparing and serving canapes for family and friends, before being presented with a certificate and embroidered chef jacket to mark the occassion.

We wish them all the best for their new placements!
